ICG: Russia allotted 28,000 US dollars per resident of South Ossetia

After the August conflict of 2008, the whole economy of South Ossetia had to reorient towards Russia. The Russian Federation had allocated 840 million US dollars (26 billion roubles) to the breakaway republic; however, the economy, which should have consumed the money, shows no recovery. This was the conclusion of the international NGO named "The International Crisis Group" (ICG).

Ten supposed militants liquidated today in Dagestan

They were killed in two armed clashes that burst out in Dagestan today. Armenian and Azerbaijani media should build bridges, journalists of both countries believe

Three residents of Kabardino-Balkaria were killed recently
