Actions in support of the All-Russian campaign "Strategy-31" took place in eight cities of the South of Russia, where participants demand from the authorities to respect Article 31 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which guarantees the citizens' right to peaceful assemblies. In each city the rallies were 10-50 persons strong.

As stated by Sergey Trifonov, director general of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Barbos" - the Rostov park of live butterflies, the park opened in Rostov-on-Don is the first in the south of Russia and the largest in the country.
