    New Georgian bill "On Amnesty" assumes shorter terms for all prisoners
    The Georgian Parliament is drafting – with the participation of academic circles and non-governmental organizations – a unique bill "On Amnesty", where one point assumes to reduce the terms of all the prisoners.
