In Sochi, movement "Law and Order" initiates lawsuit demanding to remove wastes from Akhshtyr Quarry

The public civil movement "Law and Order" has appealed to the Adler District Court of Sochi to initiate a lawsuit against the six public institutions. The plaintiff demands to oblige the public institutions to take out the construction wastes from the Akhshtyr Quarry and to stop any works there.

The defendants in the lawsuit initiated by the movement "Law and Order" are the administration of Sochi, the Federal State Budget Institution (FSBI) "Sochi National Park", Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "RZhDStroy", State Corporation (SC) "Olimpstroy", Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) "Saint-Petersburg Ecological Company", the Department of the "Rosprirodnadzor" (Russian Federal Agency for Nature Supervision) for the Krasnodar Territory and Adygea. This was reported to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Roman Shikarev, the leader of the movement "Law and Order".

Roman Shikarev has explained that, according to their data, the works in the Akhshtyr Quarry are being conducted without the necessary documentation, and they inflict harm to the environment of Sochi.
