In Nalchik, more than 100 people attended the ecological action held at the intersection of Tarchokov and Theatre Streets. The participants of the ecological action planted 500 chestnut and other trees, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

Today, the Azerbaijani opposition rally has been finished with the adoption of the resolution demanding to release political prisoners, hold the electoral reform, solve social problems, and deepen the process of Azerbaijan's integration with Europe. The action was attended by about 700 people.

On November 2, a number of international human rights organizations sent a letter to Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), asking to transfer the investigation of the murder of Akhmednabi Akhmednabiyev, a "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, to the Chief Investigating Department of the ICRF.
