Today, the Volgograd Regional Court has upheld the decision of the Dzerzhinsky District Court on the arrest of activist Igor Nagavkin, but reduced it until November 16. Igor Nagavkin declared a hunger strike.

In Grozny, authorities treat woman seeking help from Ramzan Kadyrov as a deceiver
After a check, officials from the Grozny Mayor's Office have called a deceiver Birlant Dakaeva, who appealed to Ramzan Kadyrov for help to solve her housing problem. A panel house, in which, according to the woman, she lived, was demolished. Residents of Chechnya treat visit of Kadyrov's retinue to Kaaba as PR action
