ECtHR asks Russian authorities about two persons missing in Chechnya

ICRF: man accused of kidnapping Minister in Dagestan concludes a plea bargain
In Dagestan, investigators have completed an investigation into the criminal case against Zalkip Aliskantov, a 39-year-old resident of the Tlaratin District. Kurchaloi is not the first settlement in Chechnya, where people are being evicted from the centre because of reconstruction, reported an official of the district administration. He refused to mention the dates for the start of construction of new houses for them.
