Law enforcers organize raids near "Tangim" Mosque in Dagestan

Law enforcers were checking IDs of the believers in the street leading to the mosque and were stopping the cars passing by, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reported from the place. An official from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported there were several law enforcers' raids in Dagestan, including the operation "Poppy". The law enforcers stopped two drivers, put them in a car, and drove them towards a police station, but halfway let them out of the car without any explanations, said Rizvan, one of the stopped drivers. Representatives of the "Tangim" Mosque administration agreed with the heads of the law enforcement bodies that the believers of the "Tangim" Mosque would not be subjected to pressure, said Akhmed Chililov, the head of the public council of the "Tangim" Mosque.
