The authorities of Chechnya and Dagestan have agreed to fix the mutual border by the end of 2019. The parties have reached an understanding on this issue; it remains to finalize technical issues, said Khizri Shikhsaidov, the Speaker of the Dagestani Parliament. Valery Osipyan, the head of the Armenian Police, said that he had lost his friends during the actions of the "Sasna Tsrer" detachment in 2016, and, therefore, he cannot reconcile with them.
