Ossetian Muslims oppose Kadyrov's involvement in the issue of Vladikavkaz mosque
Vladikavkaz lacks mosques, the North-Ossetian Muftiate has reported, commenting on the petition for the transfer of the building where the planetarium is located, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims (SAM). Believers think that the religious building should be used for its intended purpose, but the solution of this issue should not go beyond the republic.

Wage increase in Azerbaijan causes economists' scepticism
The head of Azerbaijan has ordered to increase the minimum (floor) wage in the country by almost 40% starting from March 1 – up to 180 manats instead of 130. Economists are confident that the wage increase will be followed by growth of taxes on entrepreneurs and fines.

Advocate states torture of person detainee in Dagestan
