Ahmed Zakaev, emissary of Chechen separatists, who was not arrested by the Warsaw Regional Court on September 17 in spite of the request of the Polish Prosecutor's Office, may any moment leave Poland. The court justified its decision to release Zakaev by the fact that he had been granted political asylum in Great Britain - a member-country of the European Union.

Ahmed Zakaev, emissary of Chechen separatists, earlier announced by Russia into international search for terrorist activities, who came to the Polish capital for taking part in the World Congress of Chechen People, can be released. This decision was made today by the Warsaw Regional Court.

A native of Chechnya, aged 24, suspected of committing the explosion in one of hotels in Copenhagen on September 10, was detained In Denmark. A map was found on him of the second-largest Danish city of Arhus, where the address of the editorial board of the newspaper "Jyllands-Posten", which published 12 caricatures on Prophet Mohammed in 2005, was marked.

The reconciliation that took place in the end of August this year between President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and the Yamadaev clan, represented by Isa Yamadaev, has received further development. Isa has stated that he is ready to pardon one of the two convicts in Dubai sentenced for murdering Sulim Yamadaev - Makhdi Lorniya, Ramzan Kadyrov's personal horseman.

By now, the presence in Poland of Ahmed Zakaev, emissary of Chechen separatists, who is in international search, has been confirmed by his assistant Aslambek Kekharsaev, representative of the government of the self-proclaimed Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in Poland, who had earlier refuted the information that appeared in the morning in Polish media that Zakaev had already arrived in Warsaw.

A corpse of an officer of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya was found in a foothill district of Shali. The officer's body was found in the trunk of his own car. Government-issue weapon and a certificate of a Ministry of Internal Affairs' officer had been stolen from him.

The prosecutor's office of Poland has issued a warrant to detain Ahmed Zakaev, head of the government of the non-recognized Republic of Ichkeria, should he come to the World Chechen Congress, planned for September 16-18 in a Warsaw suburb. Adalbi Shkhagoshev, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and coordinator of the inter-parliamentary group for contacts with the parliament of Poland, believes that this congress may do much harm to Poland.

Andrei Krasnenkov, who is representing President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov at litigation on slander against Oleg Orlov, head of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial", accused Genry Reznik, the latter's advocate of non-professionalism. Otherwise, in Mr Krasnenkov's opinion, Mr Reznik would not have petitioned his challenge. In his turn, Genry Reznik does not believe that Krasnenkov is a professional lawyer and treats his statements as "manifestations of militant ignorance."

The party of the prosecution in the case initiated by President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov against Oleg Orlov, head of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial", accused of slander, has summoned several witnesses to the session of the Khamovniki Court of Moscow, who stated that there were no grounds to accuse Kadyrov of any prejudiced attitude to human rights defenders.
