The inquiry has been completed under the case opened against the teachers accused of gross negligence, as a result of which on July 7 six children from camp "Azov" drowned in the Yeysk sand bar of the Azov Sea. This was reported today in Krasnodar by Vitaly Tkachov, head of the Territorial Investigatory Department of the ICPO (Investigatory Committee under the Russian Prosecutor's Office).

People began coming to School No. 1 in Beslan since early in the morning; and before the first ring at 9:15 a.m. over 2500 persons gathered in the school yard. On August 31, the coordination board (CB) of Balkar NGOs made a decision to convoke a congress for deciding on the issue of self-determination of the Balkar people. Bakhaudin Etezov was unanimously elected to be the chairman of the organizing committee of the congress. The organizing committee includes all the CB members and will invite experts - Balkar historians, economists and lawyers.
