The today's explosion in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, which killed Magomed Izudinov, deputy head of the architecture department of the Sovietskiy District of the city, happened, when the officer took a package intended for him, which, as he was told, contained the money. Persons are searched in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), who install mined billboards along the roads in dwelling settlements of the republic with inscription "Imarat Kavkaz" or "United Vilayat of Kabarda, Balkaria and Karachay"; they are searched with involvement of aviation, armoured vehicles and special units.
