In the dispersal of participants in the anti-corruption rally in Dagestan, people were "forced" from the crowd, and "dragged by hands and feet to police UAZ vans," some of the detainees were subjected to electric shockers. This was reported by eyewitnesses.

In Armenia, the representatives of the ruling coalition adopted a negative decision on the opposition's proposal on the possibility of resuming the dialogue. The coalition believes the continuation of dialogue with the opposition is inefficient in context of illegal action held in Freedom Square.
