Two policemen perished as a result of an explosion of a car in Dagestan

An armored "Gazel" police car was blasted in Kizilyurt, Dagestan, with the help of another car. According to preliminary data, two members of power ministries perished and one was wounded and taken to hospital. 

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that the "Gazel" was exploded at night of October, 3, in the suburbs of Kizilyurt. 

"At the moment when the police "Gazel" was passing a car which stopped beside cut in front of it and a terrorist inside activated an explosive device. According to preliminary data, two policemen perished as a result", law enforcement bodies of Dagestan reported today.

However, according to a source in the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the police car was blasted because a mined six model "Zhiguli" exploded at the roadside. There is no information of the suicide bomber yet. 

The source added that an investigator and an officer of Patrol and Point Duty Service perished as a result of the explosion, RIA "Novosti" reports.

One more anonymous source in power ministries said that one more officer of the Department of Interior Affairs was wounded and hospitalized", RIA "Dagestan" reports. 

A car belonging to a local resident was damaged in the explosion, "Interfax" reports.
