Mine danger remains one of the main problems in Karabakh. Armenian troops, who planted mines in the area, are responsible for the injuries suffered by displaced persons after explosions, according to users with Azerbaijani surnames. Users with Armenian surnames countered that the mines protected civilians in Nagorno-Karabakh. However, all parties to the dispute agreed on the need to observe safety regulations outside of villages.

Calls for food and supplies and assistance have been posted on social media. The task force reported collecting nearly 30,000 cubic meters of water-oil mixture in Tuapse.
