The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has started to communicate with the Azerbaijan's government concerning two complaints filed by Hilal Mamedov, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Tolyshi Sado" (Voice of Talysh), and by Mukhammed Gurbanov and Nadir Mamedov, residents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The Azerbaijani authorities have three months to answer the questions posed by the ECtHR.

A resident of the Vedeno District of Chechnya has voluntarily delivered a set of ammunition and a hand grenade to law enforcers, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed by a source in the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
