Adam Abduraev, a resident of the village of Kharachi of the Untsukul District of Dagestan, who held the post of the Imam of the village mosque, sentenced for justification of terrorism and calls for it. According to the Dagestani Prosecutor's Office, he was sentenced to four years of imprisonment in a common-security penal colony.

Residents of Dagestan believe that the motor rally on route Kizlyar-Derbent was prohibited, since participants used portraits of Sagid Murtazaliev, the former head of the Dagestani office of the Russian Pension Fund (RPF), who was put on the international wanted list on the charges of financing of terrorism and organizing of attacks.
