The Internet has posted a video by Alexander Zakuskin, the head of the council of deputies of the Meschansky District of Moscow, in which he apologizes to an elderly Chechen woman, Salima Yusupkhadjieva, for the conflict that occurred near the mosque. Because of the received death threats, the deputy was forced to change his residence and wrote an application to the police.
