The complaint of the third President of Georgia, Mikheil (Mikhail) Saakashvili, filed with the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) on his medical care and treatment in custody has been excluded from the list of cases that are under consideration, Beka Dzamashvili, a Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia has informed. Saakashvili said that he himself asked to suspend the consideration of the complaint.
