Representatives of the family of Ivan Agafonov who died as a result of martial arts pro Rasul Mirzaev’s blow will submit a supervisory appeal to the Presidium of Moscow city court and appeal to the European Court of Human Rights asking to acknowledge the verdict to the athlete unlawful and refer the case for a new consideration.
