During the trial on the case of assault at Nalchik the attorney declared that the defendant had an alibi

Today during the trial on the case of assault at Nalchik lawyer Oleg Kelemetov entered a motion of attaching documents proving that on October, 13, 2005, his client Hasanbi Khupsergenov was at classes in Pyatigorsk subsidiary of the Russian Social Humanitarian University to the materials of the criminal case.

“We were produced an extract from the attendance book”, Kelemetov declared.

The prosecution demanded reclamation of that attendance book.

“We do not mind but we are not sure that the book remained there”, Kelemetov said. He added that earlier a fax message running that Khupsergenov was at classes was received and then there was a confirmation of its authenticity.

The court dismissed the motion of reclamation of the attendance book as an untimely one.
