Ruslan Amirov, an activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), has been arrested for 15 days. This is his second administrative arrest within the last two months. The PFPA believes that Amirov is being persecuted for his political views.

Eleven Azerbaijani citizens from the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) in Dagestan, where they are waiting for the opening of the state border, were taken to the Derbent City Hospital. One of them was diagnosed as having coronavirus infection.

None of the residents of the Chechen village of Samashki, who were beaten up for quarantine violations, appeared in the video circulated by pro-government publics, showing refutations of the beatings.
