Rights defenders: new check of complaint about Tepsurkaev's kidnapping comes too late

Vandalism becomes a key topic of mutual accusations between Armenia and Azerbaijan
The Azerbaijani authorities did not react to the complaints of the Armenian Apostolic Church and Yerevan about the graffiti on the walls of the cathedral in Shushi. Nikol Pashinyan reports 2400 killed soldiers
During the autumn battles in Nagorno-Karabakh, hundreds of Armenian soldiers were missed in action, and about 2400 others were recognized as deceased, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reported. Death toll among Azerbaijani civilians rises to 94

Armenian Church declares desecration of cathedral in Shushi
The Kazanchetsots Cathedral in Shushi was desecrated after the city was captured by Azerbaijani troops, the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC) has claimed. The Armenian Ministry of Culture has treated the incident as vandalism and called on international organizations to protect cultural monuments in Nagorno-Karabakh.

New road from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia requires border demarcation
To build a new road across the Lachin Corridor to ensure communication of Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia, a preliminary border demarcation is needed, which will depend not so much on maps as on the actions of topographic groups on the ground, the geographers interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" believe. The delimitation in the Shushi area will be most painful, they have noted.

Stepanakert townspeople announce plans to return home
Almost a third of Stepanakert residents who had left for Armenia during the conflict aggravation have returned back, David Sargsyan, the city Mayor, has informed. The refugees themselves said that they had temporarily settled in Yerevan, but were going to return home.
