The human rights organization "Reporters Without Borders" (RWB) has called on the Azerbaijani authorities to provide urgent medical help to Polad Aslanov, who has been on a hunger strike for ten days already and has been kept in custody for 19 months. The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has appointed 60,000 euros of compensation to each of the following residents of North Ossetia: Rustam Tsurov, Umar Khadziev and Alikhan Ozdoev, who are serving long prison terms on terrorism charges. The Supreme Court (SC) of Dagestan has granted a complaint against a court's refusal to institute a case on negligence and forgery by an official against the former chief of the Shamil OVD (Interior Division), who declared the Gasanguseinov brothers as terrorists. Murtazali Gasanguseinov, a father of the killed brothers, is satisfied with the decision pronounced by the Dagestani SC.
