The inmates kept at the special detention centre in Volgograd have not enough clean bedding; there are no hygiene means there; and detainees are not given medicines, Evgeny Kochegin, the coordinator of Alexei Navalny's Volgograd office, has complained. A complaint has been sent to the Supreme Court (SC) of Chechnya against the decision of a Grozny court, which had refused to acknowledge investigators' inaction on the complaint of human rights defenders against the threats pronounced by Ramzan Kadyrov.
