Today, during a search of the house belonging to a resident of the Cossack village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya in Ingushetia, a suicide bombing has been committed. Power agents found weapons in the house. The Tbilisi police should have prevented the collisions that occurred today during a rally in support of sexual minorities. This was stated by Ucha Nanuashvili, Ombudsman of Georgia. The Supreme Court of Dagestan dismissed the appeal filed by the defence of Gamzat Nurudinov and Shamil Magomedaliev, staff members of the Shamil ROVD (District Interior Division), who were sentenced to two years of conditional imprisonment in the case of beating 14-year-old Makhmud Akhmedov. Today, at the Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria, at the trial on case of the attack on Nalchik, Marat Ozrokov, the advocate of defendant Zaur Tokhov, filed a motion to change the pre-trial restriction measure for his client to another form of restriction not related to detention in custody. The advocate referred to the results of the examination of the defendant's state of health and also asked the court to release Zaur Tokhov to attend the funeral of his child. The court dismissed the motion.
