NCFD regions start "last bell" festivities
The regions-members of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), has launched the events dedicated to the end of the school year, known as "last bell". The schools of Karachay-Cherkessia, Ingushetia, Dagestan and Kabardino-Balkaria the events were held on May 23; and in the remaining regions they will take place on May 24.

Sochi: trial on policemen's lawsuit against Roman Shikarev to restart on May 28 because of changed claims
On May 22, the Khosta District Court of Sochi postponed the consideration of the lawsuit on protection of honour, dignity and business reputation of the Khosta ROVD (District Interior Division) to the human rights activist Roman Shikarev. Warlick's proposals may become formula for Karabakh settlement, Azerbaijani experts believe
In general, Azerbaijani experts are positively treating the idea of settling the Karabakh conflict, put forward in the statement of James Warlick, the American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group. Baku prosecutor demands 6.5 years in prison for creator of Facebook group "Stop toadies!"
In Azerbaijan, on May 22, at the trial of Abdul Abilov, the creator of the group "Stop toadies!" on the Facebook, accused of drug dealing, the closing floor was given to the state prosecutor. He asked the court to find Abilov guilty under Article 234.4.3 (illegal large-scale possession or sale of drugs) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan and sentenced him to 6.5 years in prison.

On May 21, in Rostov-on-Don, the North-Caucasian District Military Court held the session to consider the case against Said Amirov, the former mayor of Makhachkala suspended from office, and his nephew Yusup Djaparov, both of whom were accused of plotting a terror act. Russian MoD: four military echelons and 15 aircrafts leave training grounds near Ukrainian
