Patimat Razhapova, a resident of Grozny, has sent her appeals to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the General Prosecutor's Office, FSB, and the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation. Armenia: PSRC chairman announces increase in electricity tariffs since August 1
On August 1, the electricity tariffs for Armenian consumers will grow by 6.9-7 drams per 1 kW/h.
