Armenian President sees no ground for peace negotiations

The President of Armenia has announced that the country will not resume peace negotiations without guarantees of security. Rostov border guards shell a car on border with Ukraine

Complaint about beheading of Armenian soldiers filed to ECtHR, advocate reports

Relatives of the Armenian soldiers killed and beheaded during the escalation of the Karabakh conflict filed a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). "Electrozink" states layoff of over 200 workers at closing hazardous facility
