Armenian political analysts associate "radiation scandal" with Russian-Belarusian relations
The information about the radioactive cargo, which was transported by the Belarusian airline, was in the accompanying documents; and the permit to transport it was duly received, the Ministry of Energy of Armenia has informed. Solo pickets under the slogan "Stop poisoning Caucasus!" held in Moscow
The activists Sofia Rusova and Atsamaz Khadikov have held solo pickets at the building hosting the Eighth International Environmental Forum, protesting against the operation of the “Electrozink” Factory and the construction of a resort in the territory of the Caucasian Reserve.

Militants killed in January in Chechnya buried in nameless graves
The bodies of the militants, killed on January 11 in the Kurchaloi District of Chechnya and on January 30 in the city of Shali, have been buried into unmarked graves in the cemetery near Grozny, local residents report. Power agents followed the law on burial of terrorists.

Court rejects Usmanov’s request to check torture allegations
The advocates of Abdurakhman Usmanov, accused of links with the “Islamic State” (IS), have submitted five motions asking to check his reports of torture, applied to him during the preliminary investigation. Four motions were rejected. The court agreed only to interrogate the Usmanov’s cellmate, who could see traces of torture on his body.

Court agrees not to consider “EcoWatch” lawsuit without Kremlin’s recommendations

Circassians find Erdogan's reform a chance to solve their assimilation problem
About 500 persons, members of the Circassian Diaspora and delegates from Adygea, have celebrated the Day of Circassian (Adyg) Language in Istanbul. The main problem of Circassians of Turkey is assimilation; and the reforms initiated by the president will help to solve it, the Circassian Diaspora hopes.

Rally of Nalchik residents demands not to admit LGBT actions in the city

Makhachkala: place for monument to deceased journalists given for car park
Local officials have provided the Multifunctional Centre (MFC) with a parking area, which had been intended for a monument to deceased journalists, said Ali Kamalov, the Chairman of the Union of Journalists of Dagestan.
