Dagestan and Chechnya among five highly subsidized regions
In 2018, five recipients of the largest budgetary subsidies from the Russian Ministry of Finance, including Dagestan and Chechnya, will receive up to 30% of the total amount of allocated money. This conclusion can be drawn from the materials to a draft of federal budget for 2018-2020.

Moscow Circassians lose their Cultural Centre after marketplace fire
The Adyg Cultural Centre was opened on the territory of the "Sindika" shopping centre (SC) a month before a fire occurred there. Armenian authorities offer setting up shelters for family violence victims
On October 9, the "Matenadaran" Yerevan Museum of Ancient Manuscripts hosted a public hearing on the government bill on family violence. “Rosgvardia” reports six killed militant leaders in Northern Caucasus
In spring and summer of 2017, 32 members of the armed underground, including six militant leaders, were killed in Northern Caucasus as a result of counterterrorist operations (CTOs). Also, 133 kilograms of explosives were confiscated; and 35 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) were neutralized, the “Rosgvardia” (National Guard of the Russian Federation) has reported today.

Two Rostov Region residents sentenced for using slave labour
