Seven migrants go on hunger strike at SDC of Dagestani MIA
The hunger strike has been announced in Makhachkala at the special detention centre (SDC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan by seven foreigners, the decision on compulsory expulsion of whom from the territory of Russia is not enforced, said Galimzyan Khalikov, a citizen of Turkmenistan and one of the hunger-strikers.

Chechen villagers seek Kadyrov’s protection against power agents’ lawlessness

Krasnodar: 18-year-old invalid fined for taking part in rally of Navalny’s supporters
This morning, Krasnodar continued trying people detained during the anti-corruption rally on March 26. Among those administratively punished, there is an 18-year-old Category II invalid, who has been fined by 16,000 roubles. In total, according to law enforcers, 90 people were brought to the police from the rally.

In Krasnodar, seven supporters of Alexei Navalny arrested by court order
The Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar has arrested Miroslav Valkovich, the chief of the regional headquarters of Alexei Navalny, for 10 days. Apart from him, five persons were also arrested for the same period. According to activists, one young man has already been sentenced to a 15-day arrest.

In Volgograd, 31 people were detained during street riots. Court sessions in cases against several people have been postponed, while the rest detainees have been fined. Relatives report disappearance of Apti Kharaev, resident of Chechnya
Apti Kharaev, a resident of the Urus-Martan District of Chechnya, went missing on March 14; since then, his whereabouts is unknown, said his relatives, who turned to the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial".
