Putin promises 6 billion roubles to Abkhazia for Sochi security
Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to support Raul Khajimba in the context of the latest events in Abkhazia and to prevent the appearance of a "black hole" near Sochi, political analysts told the "Caucasian Knot". Until 2019, Mr Putin promised to invest 6 billion roubles in Abkhazia.

Derbent residents resettled from dilapidated houses report stop of building new ones
Within the resettlement programme from dilapidated and emergency houses, Derbent is building 15 new houses instead of the ones demolished earlier. Accident at street races has led to arrest of grandson of Azerbaijani Vice-Premier
In Azerbaijan, the 23-year-old Nail Allakhverdiev, a participant of the road accident, which resulted in the death of two persons, has been arrested.
