Police declare Dagestani resident complaining about torture as militant

KBR and Dagestan head the anti-rating of regions with lowest salaries
Among the regions of Southern Russia, the largest number of workers with wages and salaries above 100,000 roubles per month live and work in the Astrakhan and Rostov Regions, and in the Krasnodar Territory. Appointment of Kadyrov's son-in-law to high MIA post triggers scepticism in Chechnya
