Searches conducted in Nazran and Magas after attack on DPS post

Sources name Magas attackers
During the attack on policemen in Magas, Mikail Miziev was killed, whose relative committed a similar attack on policemen officers in Ingushetia in 2017, a source said. The second Magas attacker has been identified as Akhmed Imagozhev, a master of sports in arm wrestling.

Attack on policemen was this year's third armed incident in Ingushetia

Residents of Vremenny treat received compensations as insufficient

Court punishes "Memorial" with record-breaking fine
Today, the Tver District Court of Moscow has fined the "International Memorial" by 400,000 roubles for the absence of marking "foreign agent" on one of its websites. The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump.
