Authorities have several times made public the death toll of Armenian soldiers in the autumn war in Nagorno-Karabakh in an attempt to hide the true number of casualties, the participants in a rally in Yerevan have stated, adding that Nikol Pashinyan should be held responsible for deaths of Armenian military servicemen.

Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, spokespersons of regional authorities have reported the information about at least 250 natives of Northern Caucasus and 100 residents of the Southern Federal District in Ukraine. Most of the dead were natives of Dagestan, the authorities confirmed the information about at least 129 perished natives of the republic.

The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump. The meeting of Trump, Aliyev and Pashinyan took place on August 8 in Washington. Following the meeting, Pashinyan and Aliyev also signed a joint declaration.
