Sentence to native of Dagestan for helping IS* member upheld

The cassation instance has refused to satisfy the complaint against the sentence of Abdul Akaev, a native of Dagestan, convicted of financing terrorism. Kadyrov refuses to meet Chechen fighters who return from Ukrainian captivity

Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Chechnya, announced that five Chechen fighters earlier captured by the Ukrainian armed forces returned to Grozny. The Chechen leader did not meet them, saying that Chechen fighters should have no reason to be captured and that those who returned should again go to the front line.
