Investigatory Committee of Chechnya opens case on threats to kill Kadyrov
The ICPO of Chechnya has initiated a criminal case against the unidentified persons, who placed on June 26 in the main page of the website "Chechnya Today" threats of murder addressed to the republic's leader Ramzan Kadyrov.

Azerbaijani Prosecutor's Office refuses to open case on political prisoner's death

Imprisoned Armenian oppositionist diagnosed a serious eye trauma
Vardui Elbakyan, advocate of oppositional activist Tigran Arakelyan, 18, who is in custody, told journalists about extremely grave health condition of her client. According to her story, after examination by ophthalmologist a serious injury of his eye was revealed. The defender is sure that it was a result of the blow inflicted by a policeman on the young man with the pistol handle.

"Black Hawks" admit their hooliganism

Students from Chechnya will be trained in Europe
Forty best students of the Chechen State University (ChSU) and Grozny State Oil Institute (GSOI) have left for studying at higher schools of Germany. This is already the second group of the Chechen students, who will be trained abroad. Earlier, about a hundred of them went to Germany and Great Britain.

In Astrakhan, opposition accuses Mayor Bozhenov of persecutions

Drivers in Chechnya dissatisfied with work of local road police

Public Prosecutor demands 4-7 years in prison for "Black Hawks"

Azerbaijan: widow and son of perished political prisoner suffer in road accident
The widow and son of Novruzali Mamedov, former head of the Talush Cultural Centre and editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Tolyshi Sado" (Voice of Talysh), who died on August 17 in imprisonment, in the evening on September 26 received traumas after their car ran foul of a truck, which then disappeared from the venue. SC of Dagestan to pass its decision on attempt on deputy Isaev on September 30
