Dagestan: district FSB head killed and militiaman wounded
In Dagestan, today in the morning, the car of lieutenant colonel Ahmed Abdullaev, head of the Russia's FSB division for the Tsumadin District of the republic, was blow up killing the owner. Then, the unknown persons, who organized the explosion, wounded a militiaman, the Russia's ICPO has reported.

Last night unknown persons shelled the house of the head of the personnel division of the Sunzha ROVD of Ingushetia; the militiaman was lost, and his wife was hospitalized, said a source in law enforcement bodies of the republic.

According to Regina Shakirova, a lawyer of the Kazan Human Rights Centre, Gamzat, 34, son of the Dagestan poet Ali Adallo (Aliev), detained on July 5 by employees of Botlikh ROVD (District Interior Division) had no chance to avoid punishment in the form of five days of the imprisonment, awarded by a magistrate judge for disobedience to militiamen.

Krasnodar Territory: inquiry into death of children from "Azov" camp is over

Coordination board of Balkar organizations starts preparing Congress of Balkar People
On August 31, the coordination board (CB) of Balkar NGOs made a decision to convoke a congress for deciding on the issue of self-determination of the Balkar people. Bakhaudin Etezov was unanimously elected to be the chairman of the organizing committee of the congress. The organizing committee includes all the CB members and will invite experts - Balkar historians, economists and lawyers.

Leonid Roshal is ready to treat the boy beaten by power agents in Dagestan in his clinic
Doctor Leonid Roshal, Director of the Moscow Scientific-Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology, said that his hospital is ready to take Makhmud Ahmedov, 14, beaten by militiamen in Dagestan, for further treatment.
