Two natives of Northern Caucasus are suspected of preparing a terror act at the plant for destruction of chemical weapons located in the Kirov Region. They were detained, and the question of their arrest is under consideration. This was reported by the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation.

The Nasimi District Court of Baku has sentenced Dayanat Babaev, an activist of the "Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan", to two years of conditional imprisonment. He was found guilty of hooliganism. Dayanat Babaev treats the Court's verdict as unfair and politically motivated.
