As reported by the Russia's National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), Murad Gadjiev, who was killed today by power agents, and who was suspected of involvement in the death of Judge Akhmed Radjabov, was convicted in 2011 on charges of selling drugs. Gadjiev case was then considered by Akhmed Radjabov, the "Kommersant" writes.

As reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of Azerbaijan, the prohibition imposed on the former Azerbaijani opposition activist Said Nuri to leave the country is caused by his role of a witness in a criminal case and the need to take part in investigatory actions. Besides, law enforcement bodies treat Nuri as an Azerbaijani citizen and reject his American citizenship.

The Dagestani Prosecutor's Office has sent to the court a case of five local residents accused of organizing a gang, robbery, hostage-taking, theft and illicit arms trafficking. The prosecution asserts that the gang included policemen from the "Kizilyurt" Inter-District Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

A suspected militant was killed in the course of a special operation conducted in the village of Kichi-Gamri of the Sergokala District of Dagestan. The man was an active member of the armed underground, and he was involved in the assassination of a judge, the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) of the Russian Federation reports.

The Adler District Court has dismissed the claim lodged by the public movement "Law and Order" against the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "RZhD" (Russian Railways). The forum is dated to the 10th anniversary of the tragedy in Beslan. On September 1, advocate Sapiyat Magomedova challenged the guilty verdict against Shamil Nurmagomedov, a resident of Dagestan, who on August 21 was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for taking part in the armed conflict in Syria.
