Two Dagestanis sentenced for plotting terror act at chemical weapons destruction plant

Nurpashi Budaichiev and Kamil Batdalov, natives of Dagestan, are sentenced to 11 and 12.5 years of imprisonment on charges of plotting a terror act on a chemical weapons destruction plant "Maradykovsky" in the Kirov Region.
