In the evening of December 10, two men were killed when law enforcers were searching their car. The killed men were identified as members of the "Makhachkala" armed grouping. Law enforcers managed to find them after Ruslan Darsamov named Usman, the leader of the armed grouping, was killed.

On December 10, the ninth convoy carrying humanitarian aid from the Moscow Region to residents of the eastern regions of Ukraine arrived in the Rostov Region. The international human rights organization "Amnesty International" (AI) has demanded from the Russian authorities to punish those responsible for burning down houses belonging to the relatives of militants killed during the attack on Grozny. Russian authorities should immediately investigate the facts of burning down houses in Chechnya, the AI has stated today.

Chechen law enforcers have conducted passport checks in the Staropromyslovskiy District of Grozny.
