At the request of the Prosecutor's Office, the Sovietskiy District Court of Astrakhan, which is considering the case of Igor Stenin, the leader of the movement "Russians of Astrakhan", has announced the trial closed and removed the audience and the media from the courtroom.

Earlier, Stenin stated that investigators have no proofs of his guilt. However, he did not rule out a guilty verdict against him.
