    Bortnikov: 20 of 26 IS leaders in Northern Caucasus killed

    North-Ossetian authorities plan to double rent for agricultural land
    The proceeds to the budget from rent payments for land owned by North Ossetia are to rise from 15 million up to 30 million roubles per year.
