Armenian rights defenders point to increase in soldiers' non-combat casualties in 2018

Nagorno-Karabakh registers 10,000 shelling attacks from Azerbaijan over a year
In 2018, the ceasefire regime on the contact line of the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan was about 10,000 times violated by the Azerbaijani side.
