Investigators retract refusal to institute a case on drugs planted to Oyub Titiev
The chief of the Investigating Department has cancelled a decision to refuse to institute a criminal case, made after an investigation into a complaint filed by rights defender Oyub Titiev about the drugs planted on him by law enforcers. Nagorno-Karabakh accuses Azerbaijan of not letting OSCE observers to enter front lines

The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump.
