Georgian wants to strive for better custody conditions for detainees in Archangelsk special facility
Citizen of Georgia Nodar Nikoleishvili had to go on hunger strike at the militia special detention facility in Archangelsk because of "inhuman custody conditions and long stay at the facility, which is not intended for the purpose."
