The official Yerevan has refused to comment on the document on arms supplies to Iran by Armenia, made through bypassing the international sanctions; the document was posted on the WikiLeaks website. Experts, in their turn, believe that appearance of a large number of official diplomatic documents on WikiLeaks is a result of internal US squabbles.

In the course of a check conducted in the village of Kuschevskaya, the Krasnodar Territorial Prosecutor's Office revealed violations at allocation of subsidies to one of the agrarian farms, located in the village - the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Artex-Agro", managed by Nadezhda Tsapok - mother of Sergey Tsapok, a suspect of organizing the awful massacre. This was reported by Marina Gridneva, official spokesperson of the Russian General Prosecutor's Office (GPO).

In Chechnya, power agents do not register any militants' mobile or radio talks in one of the most troubled regions of Chechnya - the Vedeno District. On this basis, local authorities have concluded that rebels had left the district. Nature Conservation Inspection of Armenia has fined Zamgezur cuprum-molybdenum enterprise to 100 thousand drams (less than 300 dollars) for 50 ton "tails" (waste products) leak into the river of Vokhchi. The environment damage itself was estimated a little higher, i.e. 650 thousand drams (about 1 800 dollars), the ecologists report.
